Pisarka, doradczyni polityczna i specjalistka ds. polityki zagranicznej. Przez ponad dekadę pracowała w Parlamencie Zjednoczonego Królestwa oraz w Foreign and Commonwealth Office, współpracując z wieloma wpływowymi postaciami. Jej debiutancka książka „Jak wychować zająca” stała się bestsellerem „Sunday Timesa” i „New York Timesa”, była nominowana do Wainwright Prize i Women’s Prize for Non-Fiction, a także wybrana Książką Roku w Waterstones i na Hay Festival.
